We offer hard to find and fully functional 4x4 parts, with a focus on the first generation Isuzu Trooper and Suzuki Samurai (SJ413)
All of our parts are manufactured in-house by us, in the USA. Items are made with rust prevention in mind, and everything we produce is intended for use off road.
Sector 4 Offroad Innovations started as an idea to improve these trucks by offering parts that can actually be used! These trucks were budget-engineered from the factory, and a lot of the issues that can occur off of the pavement can be prevented. Have a look through our site and see what we have to offer. All items shown are in stock unless otherwise noted. We are in constant development and are prototyping new parts every week, sometimes multiples at a time, and are always open to suggestions or ideas from the community, especially to help direct us to produce the parts needed the most.

We are currently in our start-up configuration. Right now parts may be ordered through email (Sales@S4Offroad.com) and by phone (732) 567-9228. We currently accept Paypal for payment, and will be integrating a full online store in the future. If you would like to order a part, contact us for any information you need, we may be able to send you extra pictures, in-depth specifications and even videos. We can also modify existing parts, and will work with you to develop something custom for your truck. We look forward to hearing from you!

94 Samurai Project- Shop/Test Truck

NEW Winch Bumpers
Tuning our '94 Samurai, the ShopZuki. This truck serves as our testing truck, and is currently equipped with a bunch of prototype and production S4 Parts. Right now it is set up to resemble most of the other basic Samurais out there- 1.3L 8v Suzuki I4, with some internal and external mods. Our S4 EGR delete kit, stainless studs and hardware, Weber carb, S4 fuel press regulator setup, full custom wiring harness by S4, rebuilt rears, all new brakes with late model 95 front calipers, custom exhaust, our S4 Overbuilt Output with twin sticks, and some new BFG 33 x 12.50 all terrains, on brand new Pro Comp wheels. Truck also has S4 Prototype rock sliders on it, and is being fitted with prototype bumpers now. Two leather buckets have been fitted to the inside, too. Stay Tuned.
